Essentials
Plesk Control Panel Ovaleye uses Plesk 10, the newest Plesk control panel
version that is essentially an IT Department in a box. Within the Control Panel,
website owners can assign roles to different users giving different levels of access
to team members to create email addresses, edit and build websites, and purchase or
manage applications. Plesk is the app store of the control panel experience allowing
the website owner to install WordPress, Joomla and more easily and for free. Paid for
apps within the store include web conferencing, and data backup.
Open-XChange Business Email Ovaleye offers Open-Xchange at two levels: one
as business class email and the second at an enterprise level, which is available in
PremierPlus. At the Essential and Premier levels, Open-XChange serves as your
information hub allowing you to manage multiple email inboxes, social media channels,
and calendars from one webmail. At the PremierPlus level additional functionality is
available that allows you to collaborate with teams.

Sitebuilder Solves the problem of trying to create a website yourself with
little to no knowledge of how to do so. Sitebuilder is an easy to use website creation
and management tool that was designed specifically for small businesses. The process to
publishing involves only five steps, yet is highly customizable and includes options for
increased functionality such as password protected pages.
WordPress This popular blogging application is available for download for free
in our Plesk Control Panel making setup simple. WordPress makes creating and updating a
website easy when the user has even a small amount of web knowledge. While WordPress is
a feature rich blogging tool, it is capable of being built out into full functioning
websites with or without a blog.
Persony Web Conferencing Persony is a meeting room application that you can
use for video web conferencing with your customers, your business partners and within
your company. You can share your desktop, give a sales presentation, see others in
high-def webcams, or conduct a webinar, all from your own private web conferencing site.
Persony Web Conferencing 2.0 is web-based and very easy to use. Participants can join a
meeting from virtually any web browser and computer. Ovaleye's hosted members are given

PremierPlus
Access to all of the Essentials and Premier tools as well as...
Open-XChange Enterprise EmailWith PremierPlus you can collaborate with a team
using calendar, file, and contact sharing. Open-Xchange brings in your social media profiles
to make one information hub for each member of your team. Integration with your mobile devices
is seamless. You can choose to use this enterprise email client within your browser, through
Microsoft Outlook, or on the go with your smart phone of choice without worrying about setup
or data syncing.
VoIP Voice over Internet Protocol, or your phone through the Internet, provides
small businesses with a cost saving alternative to a business line that also goes with you
wherever you plan to be working from for the day. Incoming calls are forwarded to a cell,
home phone, VoIP phone, or answered through a soft phone. Outgoing calls are made through a
