Orders

When you purchase services, we gather your name, credit card information, your email address, billing address, zip and country code, a list of purchases, and whether or not you have opted in or out of receiving marketing information. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. We submit the information that pertains to payment processing to our payment-processing partners via encrypted communication for verification. The payment-processing partner keeps the credit card number after processing. This allows them to maintain error and transaction logs that make it possible to synchronize credit card information with customer names. Our payment processing partner does not share or sell this information.

Accounts

When you allow us to serve you, we may ask you for personal identifying information and to select a password. It is your responsibility to keep your password secret and to change it frequently to maintain its security. If you feel your password has been compromised in any way, please contact Ovaleye Cloud Services Support. We also gather system information, such as your IP address, referrer address, Web browser version, and OS. We use this information to identify you and, if applicable, your shopping cart, for normal traffic logging and analysis, and to gather demographic information.We do not share or sell this information to outside parties.

Domain Names

Ovaleye Cloud Services partners with Network Solutions for their Domain Name Registrar.The following is applicable to customers of Ovaleye Cloud Services purchasing Domain Names through Ovaleye's Web site in regards to the information the customer provides and how it will be used. By consenting to Ovaleye's Privacy Policy, you consent to the following policy of Network Solutions.

• Ovaleye Cloud Services will be the sole owner of the client's credit card/purchasing information. However, information gathered for the Registrant's Application, Domain Name Registration and/or renewal will be jointly owned by Ovaleye and Network Solutions.
• Ovaleye Cloud Services will inform each Registrant of the purposes for which any personally identifiable data will be used by Ovaleye such as the intended recipients, what data is obligatory or voluntary, and how the customer can access and correct the data held if necessary.

Email Marketing

The CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, or Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing, has made "spamming" an illegal activity. The act of sending 100 emails in a 24 hour period, 1,000 emails in a 30 day period, or 10,000 emails in a year period with out the recipient opting in, often including false or deceiving subjects is considered spam.

Ovaleye Cloud Services provides customers with the option of opting in to our email marketing. Emails sent to our customers will provide information regarding promotions, helpful tips, news of upgrades, and new products that come available relating to our services. Customers once subscribed, have the option of opting out at any time. We only send emails to those who have opted in to receiving them. Ovaleye Cloud Services understands our customers are busy and therefore we make a conscious effort of only emailing our customers only when it is in their best interest.
