By adding the Ovaleye Xchange mobility support option, users can receive push e-mail and synchronization of contacts, calendar and other information from their Ovaleye Xchange account to their smartphones, including Android, BlackBerry, iPhone and others.

Ovaleye Xchange's unique "Social OX" features give users the ability to consolidate any kind of existing webmail accounts (i.e. Google and Yahoo) into a folder in Ovaleye Xchange so they can be managed more easily. Plus, contact details from social networks such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Xing can be added automatically to the Ovaleye Xchange address book, giving users easy access to the latest contact information within their personal network.

2. Ovaleye Xchange Groupware (Standard)

OX Groupware contains all OX Webmail and PIM features and these additional features:

• Webmail with Shared folders

• Shared and public calendars, including privacy controls, Free/Busy, availability checking, delegated 'write' permissions
• Shared and Public tasks, delegate tasks and milestone tracking
• Private, shared and public information within the document store ("InfoStore"), which can store and share common file formats such as word processing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, photos, video, bookmarks and knowledge entries. The InfoStore includes three very useful features: full version history, version control via roll-back and roll-forward, and document locking. DocuMail, a unique bi-directional feature integrating email and the InfoStore. It enables users to send email attachments or InfoStore links directly from the document store and load email attachments directly into the InfoStore from emails
• Folder level privacy controls or rights management at the group and individual level including read, write and delete permissions

3. Ovaleye Xchange Groupware Premium

OX Groupware Premium contains the OX Groupware (standard) features as well as these additional features:

• WebDav interface that integrates the InfoStore with third-party desktop file management utilities, (e.g., Netdrive, Windows, MacOS and Linux environments). Drag-and-drop between desktop folders automatically uploads to the InfoStore with full version control within the OX server

Ovaleye Xchange OXtender for Business Mobility

The OXtender for Business Mobility based upon Exchange ActiveSync enables the user to securely manage emails, contacts, calendar and tasks synchronized with his or her Ovaleye Xchange server and with mobile devices that are compatible with Exchange ActiveSync Version 2.5.

OXtender for Microsoft Outlook

The OXtender for Microsoft Outlook is a program (library) that is embedded in Microsoft Outlook via the plug-in interface (Exchange Client Extensions, Extended MAPI) provided by Outlook. It does not replace any Outlook interface functions, but acts as a transport mechanism for end-user data. The OXtender for Microsoft Outlook captures user events through the MAPI plug-in interface and processes the given data. Data is exchanged between OXtender and OX server by using WebDAV/XML. Data is also stored locally on the client machine giving users access to their data when off-line. Any changes made while in off-line mode are automatically synchronized back to the OX server. The OXtender for Microsoft Outlook synchronizes calendar, contacts, tasks, and folders. Email is synchronized using the native Outlook SMTP/IMAP/POP3 functionality.
