Twitter and Facebook Pages are all the rave now.
Make you life that much easier and sync the updates- you don't have to
go to Facebook and Twitter to have a presence on both outlets. The
great part is that this application was created by Twitter.

To sync your Twitter Feed and Facebook Status updates you...

3. Select the applicaiton with Twitter as the developer and the description being: See what you and your friends are up to on Twitter and update your Twitter status, right from Facebook!

5. You will then be asked "Add Twitter?"

13. Scroll down and under Applications you will see the Twitter Application box.

14. Click on the Pencil for "Admin Options"

20. Click at the top "Allow Twitter to Update Your Facebook Status"

21. You then see "Allow Status Updates from Twitter?"

22. Click on the drop down menu to select "Allow Setting for:" and find your page.

Before you sync your Twitter Feed to your Facebook Status, consider the cons:
a. How often do you Tweet? Will your fans be annoyed that you are flooding their newsfeed?
b. Do you Tweet about happenings on your Facebook page?

For you these worries, consider using another Twitter application:
@Selective Twitter Status is your solution to both point a and b, in that you can be selective about what is automatically synced to both presences. The cons of using @Tweeter is that it is beta and not created by Twitter among other things.
