SEO Tip #3 Direct the search engines: meta tags, bold, and headings
this tip is taken from OvalEye Web Solutions Top 10 SEO Quick Fixes, find out what the other 9 are here.

Use heading tags to direct the visitors to what is important on the page (ex. Heading 1). Same goes for Search Engines. Let them know what is important on your page by including tags. Keep them to a minimum, only highlight what is truly important.

What is a tag? Html tag tell the visitor what to see. When building your web page, whether it is a sitebuilder template, or a start from scratch situation, tags build your website, setting a foundation for the copy. Some examples ways you can emphasize certain points in your copy is to use emphasis, or em, and strong emphasis, or strong. You can also use headings h1-h6 in order to show the visitor the level of importance of each points in your text.

Sitebuilder has WYSIWYG editor, or what you see is what you get, so that when you type in your copy in the content area you can highlight your headings and use the drop down headings menu to choose from instead of having to type in the necessary html tags! You just need to know how and when to use them to turn your visitor's and the search engines attention to what is most important on the page.
