CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policy on canceling service with Ovaleye

If you wish to cancel your Ovaleye Web Solutions account, you must submit a request to cancellation@ovaleye.com. Cancellation requests may only be submitted by the authorized billing contact for your account.

Cancellation requests must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to the date of your next billing cycle, and may not be applied retroactively. Clients are responsible for any excess disk space, bandwidth or other regular service charges incurred prior to the effective termination date.

Written notification of termination must include customer name, address, and telephone number, and the effective date of termination of the account. Accounts that are not terminated in accordance with the above procedures shall remain active and shall continue to incur monthly service charges until properly terminated.

Ovaleye Web Solutions does not provide refunds for cancellations of prepaid account services.
